01 What is a trigger point?
Muscles that contain trigger points can cause aches & pains, tenderness, decreased strength and/or restricted range of movement, headaches. By applying energy to the trigger points we will in-activate the trigger point thus releasing joint stiffness, nerve signalling - ceasing any referal ie pain, limited range of motion, headaches, poor circulation and bring immediate relief.

03 Is your laser therapy safe?
Yes. We use Cold Laser therapy which is effective and safe. The laser is 'cold' and is cold when applied to a patient's skin.
04 How many sessions will I need for Chronic pain conditions?
1-2 session per week depending on the history and nature of medical condition with overall 6-12 sessions for stabilizing the condition and then a maintenance session of 1/month if the illness is very long standing and recurring like advanced osteoarthritis of knee. First session allow 1 hour. recurring sessions 1/2 hour and monthly maintenance sessions 1 hour. (claimable via most health funds)

Cold laser therapy is a pain-free treatment applied to the skin without any burning or cutting. The laser is used to reduce pain and promote tissue healing. The benefits include; pain relief, anti-inflammatory effect, nerve growth and tissue regeneration.
